Join us every Wednesday evening in Balsall Common, Solihull to experience a unique blend of rehabilitative exercise, pilates and relaxation techniques designed to help you disconnect from your devices and reconnect with your body and mind. We will have a specific focus on mindful relaxation in each class.

I decided to try the 1 to 1 fitness coaching with Abi; I'm astounded by the results. I started just wanting to be pain free but at 65 years old I am now regaining strength I had 20 years ago. I sleep better, have lost weight feel great and am starting to carry my golf clubs again. But, don't expect an easy ride, the exercise regime set by Abi at the gym is hard work but you feel very safe under expert guidance. Many exercise may do more harm than good unless done properly so Abi's guidance is essential in the early days. Wish I had done this 10 years ago!
After struggling for months of being out of a routine, I decided to contact Abi. After only a few sessions, I have noticed a massive difference and feel like I am more aware of how I feeling, what I am doing, and finally getting myself back on track as a results of the conversations with Abi.
Abi is jovial and happy to have a laugh whilst understanding what my goals were going forwards. It was great to see her changing what she had planned in order to achieve what I wanted to achieve. Throughout the sessions she is positive and encouraging, and gave me the kick up the backside when I needed! I can already see the results!
I has a session with Abi about eating, and it's impact was unreal! I struggle with mindless bored eating when I'm in the house and in the evenings. Abi has made more conscientious about my actions and we worked towards some methods of alleviating the pointless empty feeling that lead to my snacking. I haven't been snacking since!
After only one session, I knew Abi was the person to help me continue my weight loss journey. After an absolutely brilliant session, I have every confidence in her ability to guide and encourage me to greater levels of fitness. I have now booked 1-2-1 sessions through to the New Year!
Abi has been my trainer since November last year. I am not very confident in the gym as I have a couple of long standing injuries but Abi's training and background in physiotherapy as well as personal training have meant she is able to target exercises so that I train effectively and safely. I have really enjoyed our sessions and my confidence in the gym is growing. Abi is a great trainer whatever your level of fitness.
Abi is totally down to earth and explains everything you need to understand in a very clear way. She's super patient and no question is too big or too small (not to mention really positive, with an attitude that makes you feel like you can achieve things you didn't think you could).

Abi is really great trainer. On an introductory session, which I thought would be with a group, Abi made it a 1 on 1 session and ensured I understood all the exercises throughout, making it a really great work out but not intimidating. It made me really feel enthusiastic about getting back into fitness. All sessions since have been great, Abi ensures every session is hard work but fun. She makes sure you're doing any exercises properly and gives you tips for improving form to mean you'll always get the most out of your training.
I couldn't speak more highly of Abi - her fitness classes have been nothing short of first class and she regularly goes out of her way to give one on one feedback, coaching and tips for continuous improvement in the gym.
As part of my physio rehab for knee, hip and low back pain, Abi helped me by stripping things back to the basics with form and muscle activation. I feel I've improved after a few sessions together and I have a much better understanding of what I can to do to reduce pain and get the most benefit out of my rehab exercises.
