Social Media Resilience was created to bridge the gap between technology and wellbeing, providing individuals, schools and teams with practical, evidenced-based strategies to build digital resilience, manage online pressure, and develop healthy social media habits.
The mission is simple: help people take control of their digital lives, without fear, anxiety, or extreme restrictions. Through expert-led workshops, trainings, and coaching, Social Media Resilience equips young people and professionals with the skills to navigate social media with confidence, critical thinking and emotional resilience.
I've always been fascinated by behaviour change, digital behaviour and mental resilience. In 2021, I founded Social Media Resilience to provide a balanced, science-backed approach to digital wellbeing as a way to help people set boundaries, think critically, and develop mental strength to thrive in a social media-driven world.
Whether working with students, professionals, or organisations, my goal is the same: empower people to take control of their lives, shape their future with intention, and build resilience in a world that constantly demands their attention. By mastering their digital habits, they can navigate the online world with confidence, clarity, and control and focus on what truly matters.
