About Us

We empower you to reclaim clarity, confidence and calm in the digital world.

We believe every person should  be protected from digital harms and influence, live life on their own terms and thrive online. The need for clear, compassionate & effective strategies to protect digital well being has never been greater.

Why We Exist

Social media was never designed with wellbeing in mind. Yet, it now shapes everything from identity to relationships, attention, and mental health. We saw too many people struggling in confusion:

Parents feel powerless
Educators are overwhelmed
Professionals are distracted & drained
Young people under pressure
Social Media Resilience was born out of a desire to stop people being consumed by the digital world, and equip them with the tools, language and confidence to live a happy life online, on their own terms.

More Than Awareness

Our approach is grounded in years of experience in behaviour change intervention and a deep understanding of how digital platforms shape the human mind.

Our expert-led training empowers people of all ages with practical, lifelong skills to thrive in an ever-changing digital world.

Our Journey

2017
Our origin began with exploration of how emojis on social media fuel the spread of negative emotion and false sentiment, with an early focus on how social media could be used to positively disseminate public health information.

2018
Our attention turned to a critical gap; the lack of youth- and educator-focused programmes that addressed social media’s psychological impact. These early insights sparked the foundations of our framework blending behavioural science with digital wellbeing.

2021
Our first student workshops revealed the vital need for solutions that go beyond awareness and build real skills and lasting change.
